ISR Self Rescue (Floaters)
Infant Swimming Resource goes beyond traditional swimming instruction by teaching children ISR Self-Rescue techniques designed to help them survive, should they find themselves in water alone.

ISR Self-Rescue is for infants who are at least 6 months old and can sit up independently, but are not yet walking.  The child must be able to get into a sitting position on their own, and maintain it for 1 minute without falling over.  These lessons usually take 6 weeks to complete.

ISR Self Rescue (Swimmers)
Infant Swimming Resource goes beyond traditional swimming instruction by teaching children ISR Self-Rescue techniques designed to help them survive, should they find themselves in water alone.

ISR Self-Rescue is for children who are at least 1 year old and have started walking.  this program was designed for children up to age 6 who cannot swim on their own.  These lessons usually take 6 weeks to complete.

ISR Self Rescue (refresher)
These lessons are for children who have already completed ISR Self-Rescue lessons. As the name implies, these lessons enable the children to "refresh" the skills that they have already learned. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day.

Since these skills are not new to the children, ISR Self-Rescue refresher lessons usually take 2 weeks.

Private Swim Lesson (20 min/3 wks)
We believe that everyone should know how to be safe in and around the water.  That is why we offer customized individual swim lessons for all abilities.  We will work with you to develop a program based on your particular skill level.

Customized to each student, the curriculum will emphasize water safety and set a foundation for learning/improving basic swim technique.

These lessons are for swimmers (age 7yr and up) who want to improve confidence in being in and around water and learn the correct techniques of swimming. Instruction is facilitated by a level 3 Masters coach and is structured to each individual student.

Students attend three (3), 20 minute lessons each week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for 3 weeks.
