ISR Self-Rescue®
These are the lessons discussed on the "What Your Child Will Learn" page. Please allow 6-7 weeks to complete these lessons.

Refresher
These lessons are for children who have already completed the swim-float-swim survival lessons. As the name implies, these lessons enable the children to "refresh" the skills that they have learned so these are typically scheduled at the beginning of the season. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day. These lessons may take 4 weeks depending on growth and age.

Stroke
These lessons are for children who are four years or older. Students must have completed survival lessons and have mastered the "swim-float-swim sequence". Students are introduced to three basic swim strokes, diving and swimming down to retrieve toys. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day for two weeks.
