ISR Self-Rescue ®
The program is completed once the student can complete the entire self-rescue sequence unassisted and in clothes, typically between 6 WEEKS, depending on your child's progression. These lessons usually take six weeks to complete.

Refresher
These lessons are for children who have already completed survival lessons. As the name implies, these lessons enable the children to "refresh" the skills that they have already learned. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day. Since these skills are not new to the children, refresher lessons usually take approximately two to three weeks.

Returning Floater to learn Swim-Float-Swim Sequence
This refresher course is for children who were floaters last year and are RETURNING to learn the swim float swim. The child must be walking good unassisted.
Generally, the program for walkers and toddlers is 5-6 weeks, but can vary depending on the child.

Maintenance
These lessons are for children who have already completed survival lessons. Maintenance lessons help students to maintain their skills and confidence throughout the year. Ideally, maintenance lessons should be scheduled at the intervals recommended by the instructor, ranging from once or twice a week to once a month.
