New Student:ISR Self-Rescue®
These are the standard ISR lessons discussed on the  ISR website. These lessons usually take six weeks to complete.
Returning Student: ISR Refresher 2 weeks
For students who have done lessons within the past 3-4 months. These lessons are for children who have already completed survival lessons. As the name implies, these lessons enable the children to "refresh" the skills that they have already learned. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day. Since these skills are not new to the children, refresher lessons usually take approximately two to four weeks.
Returning Student: ISR Refresher 4 weeks
These lessons are for children who have already completed survival lessons but it has been 6 months or more since they last had lessons. As the name implies, these lessons enable the children to "refresh" the skills that they have already learned. Students attend lessons Monday-Friday for ten minutes each day. Since these skills are not new to the children, refresher lessons usually take approximately four weeks.
Returning Baby Learning to Swim
These lessons are for returning babies who have ALREADY COMPLETED the initial phase of ISR lessons and know how to roll and float. During this set of refresher lessons your child will learn the swim portion and to connect their swim float swim. These lessons normally take 4 weeks for the child to complete. Please contact me if you have any questions or aren't sure if your child is ready for this phase of lessons.
Maintenance (Drop In)
These lessons are for children who have already completed survival lessons. Maintenance lessons help students to maintain their skills and confidence throughout the year. Maintenance lessons are open for children who are current with their ISR skills. If it has been more than 3-4 months since your child last had lessons, then please schedule a 2 or 4 week refresher. Ideally, maintenance lessons should be scheduled at the intervals recommended by the instructor, ranging from once a week to once a month.
